Lack of privacy in shared bedroom but that was okay. I could live with that.

"Fantastic location. I had a private room and bathroom. Fantastic. Quiet, helpful staff and a great location. Loved it. Super close to walking up the hill for a great view over the city and close to all key sites in the old city. Inexpensive and good value. I didn't eat breakfast there as there is a wonderful garden cafe 1 min walk in the same street which is lovely for good coffee and food."

Hot water was a little temperamental and loo leaked.

"周辺のエリアで最安値ランクだと思いますが、とてもそうとは思えない十分なサービスがありました。スタッフはいつでもレセプションにいて、カスタマーのいろんな要望に応えていました。こまめに清掃を行っており、施設内はいつでもきれいでした。周辺にはいくつかのミニマーケットと飲食店があるのみですが、食事のデリバリーサービスも行っており、価格は手ごろです。朝食の種類が多く、毎日好きなものが選べるので、長期滞在でも空きませんでした。"

部屋のWi-Fiは少し弱いです。ロビーにいれば問題ありません。

"We came very late in the morning and Hamza was very kind to receive us and show us around. The room was a surprise - clean, very new with a perfect shower and a techie mirror - :) The location was near the Asian express terminal where we could find the exchange office and got a bus -" mashrutka" downtown. We enjoyed our stay there for sure - thank you !"

"メイン通りから少し離れていて、静かな落ち着く空間だった。 アート作品の展示や屋外遊具などがあり、ホテルの中でも楽しめた。 スタッフのサポートが手厚く、安心して過ごせた。"

キッチンの利用ができないため外食かホテル内での注文をする必要があり、出費面で少し苦労した。

"カプセル式の14人男女混合部屋に泊まりました。カプセル式なのでプライバシー保てるし、男女混合でも気になりませんでした。カプセル式の部屋に泊まってる人はモラルのある人が多くて助かりました。受付の女性もとても感じが良く、スーパーで買って来たペットボトルの開け方がわからなかったらあけてくれました！"

害はなかったが、夜になるとホステルの前に色んな人がたむろしている。カーテンを閉めるとカプセル内が蒸し暑かった。14人部屋だと人の出入りが激しいのでなんだかんだ熟睡はできない。男性用のトイレには洗面台が３つあるのに、女性用には1つしかないため、混み合う。けどコスパを考えると全然ok。

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night

宿泊可能人数に対して、キッチンやトイレ、シャワーが少ない。個室もあるので個室であればトイレ、シャワーは問題無いが。

"観光税の支払いトラブルに対して親身に相談に乗ってくれ、手続きのサポートをしてくれた。(スタッフは時間交代制だったが、どのスタッフも協力してくれた) 各所への交通手段も受付にWhatsAppの連絡先を掲示してくれていたのでスムーズに手配できた。 夜間は戸締まりされるので早朝出発の際は事前に伝えておくほうが良い。"

シャワーの鍵がかからず使えない箇所があり、一時的に待機者が発生していた。

"夜行バスで朝とても早めに着きましたが、荷物を置かせてくれました！ また、無料朝食があり、これが色んな種類があって嬉しかったです！ バス乗り場や駅からも近く、観光もしやすい立地で満足です！"
