The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

前の道路はわりと交通量があります。 街の中心部から歩いて15～20分ほどかかり、周辺に商店はありません。

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "日本人です。今回3泊させていただきました。滞在全てを通じて大変満足しており、サフィールさんを選んで良かったと帰国後も思い口コミを書かせていただいております。ホテルは全体的に清潔で、汚いなあと思うことは1回もありませんでした。入り口にはセキュリティゲートがあり、スタッフさんも十分にいらっしゃいましたので、セキュリティ面は安心できるかと思います。また、ホテル前に車を駐車しやすいです。近くにもう1つ「サフィール」というホテルがあるそうでタクシー等使われる際には目的地を明確に伝えることをお勧めします。スタッフさんはとても親切で英語も伝わります。フロントや朝食のシーンにおいて、フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客してくださいます。口コミを参考にされた皆さまが訪問される時期にあるかは分かりませんが、朝食にて目の前で調理してくださるオムレツは大変おいしく、3日間全ていただきました。笑 3泊しましたが、朝食は内容が少しづつ変化し、毎朝楽しめました。レストランの花が毎日変わっていることにも感動しました。また、滞在中お部屋のクリーニングをしてくださった8F担当のEmodさんには感謝しています。毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、ベッドライナーを使用した遊び心は日本にはなかなか無いサービスで、毎日帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。偶然お会いした際には日本に対する愛情を伝えてくださりとても感動しました。また会える日を楽しみにしています。"

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

ホテル内のレストランはおしゃれで、おいしいが、マダガスカルにしては値段が高め。町の中心部から離れているので、レストランの選択肢がない。道路を挟んだ反対側にスープシノア（マダガスカル風ラーメン）やチョック（おかゆ）が食べられるローカルなお店（量がとても多いので注意）があるくらい。

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"旧市街にあり、観光に便利でした。部屋には紅茶のティーバックやスティックタイプのコーヒーに加え、炭酸入りミネラルウォーターも1本用意されていました。割引前の価格であれば普通のサービス水準ですが、約40%引きの€34.27でこの水準のホテルに泊まれたので、大満足です。"

入口の自動チェックイン機械でエラーが出て、少し困りました。すぐに扉が自動で開いて、フロントでカードを受け取りました。
