"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

部屋の水が止まってしまったり少しトラブルはあったが、仕方のない範囲かなと思われました。 少し中心から離れているため、バスやタクシーで移動する必要があります。

"空港から公共のバスで一本の便利な立地。街の本当の中心地からはちょっと距離があるが、ホテルの周辺もお店やレストランは多く、不便は一切無い。歩いてすぐのところに美しいビーチもある。 チェックアウトの時間が12時なのもうれしい。"

悪い点はとくにないが、ベッドサイドにコンセントがあるにはあるが、微妙に遠いのが気になる。 また、朝食が予約に含まれていても朝食会場では値段が印字されたメニューが手渡されるので戸惑う。

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.

"Very clean, spacious rooms with huge bathroom. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

"The staff were so helpful in sorting out tours and transport arrangements. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good but the staff were the stars of the show being so very helpful and making calls for us to the bus company and arranging tours."

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.
