We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

The hot water in the shower was very unpredictable. The room is not suitable for work as no dedicated table to work on a laptop

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

寝室のカーテンの横の長さが足りないので、部屋が明るくて朝早く目覚めてしまう。 それと横が工事してたので少しうるさかったです。

"ラウンジが快適。アルコールが飲める方は、かなりお得。 イスラムのお国がら、飲酒は困難。夜食事中の飲酒は、物凄く高額。 今回、ラウンジでお昼12：30から夜21：50までビ－ル・ワインは 飲めて、木曜日夜はカクテルもあり、かなりお得。 ラウンジ付き部屋は高額だが、飲酒・毎回の夕食代・サウナ利用・プ－ル・ビ－チ無料 何かとVIP対応を考慮すると、１泊料金は安価。 部屋の掃除のほか、ペットボトル・トイレットペーパーの追加・タオル交換が夜に入ります。 ペットボトル・枕元のチョコレート・バスルームアイテムで溢れるほど。 毎日晴れて、お昼は、41-42℃。 バルコニーに持参した洗濯紐をかけ、ハンガーや折り畳み洗濯干したら、カラカラに乾き、 水着もハンカチも、靴下も気持ちよく、快適。"

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

チェックイン時の女性スタッフは親切で、次来たときもこのホテルにしたいと思ってましたが、チェックアウト時の男性スタッフがあまりにも無愛想で一気に印象悪くなりました。 勿体無い。

風情に影響を与えないように充分検討・工夫した上での、建物劣化、電化設備などの補修・改修が足りない。

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. "日本人です。今回3泊させていただきました。滞在全てを通じて大変満足しており、サフィールさんを選んで良かったと帰国後も思い口コミを書かせていただいております。ホテルは全体的に清潔で、汚いなあと思うことは1回もありませんでした。入り口にはセキュリティゲートがあり、スタッフさんも十分にいらっしゃいましたので、セキュリティ面は安心できるかと思います。また、ホテル前に車を駐車しやすいです。近くにもう1つ「サフィール」というホテルがあるそうでタクシー等使われる際には目的地を明確に伝えることをお勧めします。スタッフさんはとても親切で英語も伝わります。フロントや朝食のシーンにおいて、フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客してくださいます。口コミを参考にされた皆さまが訪問される時期にあるかは分かりませんが、朝食にて目の前で調理してくださるオムレツは大変おいしく、3日間全ていただきました。笑 3泊しましたが、朝食は内容が少しづつ変化し、毎朝楽しめました。レストランの花が毎日変わっていることにも感動しました。また、滞在中お部屋のクリーニングをしてくださった8F担当のEmodさんには感謝しています。毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、ベッドライナーを使用した遊び心は日本にはなかなか無いサービスで、毎日帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。偶然お会いした際には日本に対する愛情を伝えてくださりとても感動しました。また会える日を楽しみにしています。"

"マプトの定番の観光名所であるマプト大聖堂・市庁舎のすぐそば。 マプト駅など他の主要な観光スポットには概ね徒歩30分程度の範囲の時間で着くことができる。 部屋は大変広々としており快適。 予約時に大聖堂や市役所を見下ろす部屋をリクエストしたところ、 上層階の部屋にしていただいており、景色は理想通りで最高だった。 スタッフの細やかなサービスが大変よく（ウェルカムドリンクまでいただいてしまった）心地良かった。"

"空港、タウン、港すべてにアクセスが良い。 周辺にショップやシネコン、スーパーもあり安心して滞在できる。 プール、子どもが遊べる中庭があり、しかも部屋から遊んでいる姿が見えるので安心。 スタッフも皆さん、親切で親身的です。"

客室へ行くエレベーターが欲しいです！

"It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.
