"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"海が見える部屋は、眺めが最高です。 ベッドから海が眺められました。 又、ビーチ＆宿泊者専用プール直結なので、ゆっくりくつろぎたい方、お子様連れにはとても快適だと思います。 スタッフもとても親切です。"

朝食はお高めだったので向かいにあるスーパーで調達しました。 でも海を眺めながら頂けると思うので予算に余裕があれば試したかったです。

せっかく費用を支払って、 オーシャンフロントにしているのに ガーデンビューの格安ランクのコテージ泊のアメリカ人家族が毎日毎日(3日間) 午前中は私のコテージ前のデッキチェアを占領していた。午後は私が静かに使えたが、チェックアウトの日は午前中に使いたかったため、直接伝えたが無視して居座っていた。 フロントに伝えたが、対応してもらえず、 結局、私は急ぐ予定はなかったので、 次のゲストが来るまでの時間、11:00〜14:00 オーシャンフロントバンガロー専用のデッキチェアーで過ごさせてもらうことにして、気持ちを収めました。 本当、このような図々しいことをしても 支払いをケチる行動や注意されても、謝らない 立ち退かない、傍若無人ぶりは、アメリカ人と中国人の中流階級以下の方々が犯すミスです。 ある程度はコチラが大人対応しますが、 気をつけてほしい。

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

設備は古いけど不潔とかそういう感じではないので問題ない

"マプトの定番の観光名所であるマプト大聖堂・市庁舎のすぐそば。 マプト駅など他の主要な観光スポットには概ね徒歩30分程度の範囲の時間で着くことができる。 部屋は大変広々としており快適。 予約時に大聖堂や市役所を見下ろす部屋をリクエストしたところ、 上層階の部屋にしていただいており、景色は理想通りで最高だった。 スタッフの細やかなサービスが大変よく（ウェルカムドリンクまでいただいてしまった）心地良かった。"

"・空港行きのエアコーチとダブリンバス及び各種のツアーバスが発着するオコンネルストリートの北端から徒歩３〜４分のところにあり（ただし結構な上り坂)、中心部のテンプルバーまでも歩いて10分ほどで行けるため、とても便利なロケーション。 ・フロントスタッフは皆親切だった。 ・朝食が７時からのコンチネンタルブッフェ（ソーセージなどの温かい料理はないが、ハム・ゆで卵・生野菜等はある）か７時半からのフルアイリッシュブレックファストの好きな方を選べるところ。 ・湯沸かし器とコーヒー（インスタント）・紅茶が付いているし、毎日ミネラルウォーターが提供される。"

・施設自体かなり古いため、廊下を歩く人の足音などがかなり響く。また、クローゼットが小さくて使いにくい（その代わり収納用の引出しはたくさんあった）。 ・四つ星なのに部屋に金庫が付いていない。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋はそれ程多くないようなので、バスタブ付きを希望の場合には、事前にリクエストしたうえでチェックイン時にしっかり確認する必要がある。

"旧市街にあり、観光に便利でした。部屋には紅茶のティーバックやスティックタイプのコーヒーに加え、炭酸入りミネラルウォーターも1本用意されていました。割引前の価格であれば普通のサービス水準ですが、約40%引きの€34.27でこの水準のホテルに泊まれたので、大満足です。"

入口の自動チェックイン機械でエラーが出て、少し困りました。すぐに扉が自動で開いて、フロントでカードを受け取りました。

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかった。マダガスカルのおかゆ（vary amin'anana）があるのがよい。部屋は広くて余裕があった。マダガスカルらしさは感じられないが、機能的で快適。Wifiも十分使えた。大型スーパー（Super U）が入ったショッピングセンターが歩いてすぐの距離にあるので、便利。スタッフも感じがよい。"

ホテル内のレストランはおしゃれで、おいしいが、マダガスカルにしては値段が高め。町の中心部から離れているので、レストランの選択肢がない。道路を挟んだ反対側にスープシノア（マダガスカル風ラーメン）やチョック（おかゆ）が食べられるローカルなお店（量がとても多いので注意）があるくらい。

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"バスターミナルからとても近くここを拠点にバスで旅するのに非常に便利な立地です。 コソボ内を旅行する際は基本的にバス移動になるので、街中に滞在するよりもバスターミナル近くがおすすめです。 この素晴らしいクオリティを考えたら宿泊費も安いと思います。 また併設のレストランもドリンク、サラダ、メインを頼んでも12～15ユーロくらいで非常にリーズナブルで、 味も量もすべてとてもよかったです。 またホテル前にはスーパーが2件ある為、とても便利です。"
