The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

入口の自動チェックイン機械でエラーが出て、少し困りました。すぐに扉が自動で開いて、フロントでカードを受け取りました。

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."
