シャワーがどう考えても外に水が漏れる作りになっており、気を遣いながら浴びなければならないのは改善してほしい点です。また、食洗機はきれいに落ちず手洗いでやり直したり、洗濯をするだけなのに3時間かかり靴下がボロボロになりました。もう一点、アイロンの場所があったにも関わらず本体がありませんでした。 設備がもっと改善されると滞在のグレードも上がるため、期待したいところです。

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

市中心からちょっと遠いから。 バスが分れば安く早く行けます。

"街の真ん中。部屋が広い。 バスタブと洗面の栓の抜き方が分からず、部屋に来てご指導頂いた時、お部屋の清掃の時、スタッフの皆さん靴を脱いでお部屋に入ってらして、感動した。みなさんフレンドリーで良い方でした。"

レストランに行くためにタクシーを呼んでもらったが、そのタクシーはウランバートルでは普通のいわゆる 白タクシーで、とても汚かった。帰りのエストランでタクシーでも呼んでもらったが、段階に応じて料金が 異なることが分かった。タクシー代は高くないので、最上級クラスのタクシーを予約してもらうことを お勧めします。

"建物は新しくありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて快適です。ツインルームでしたが広さは十分で、バスタブもありました。ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。テレビは比較的新しいタイプのものだと思います。朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。スタッフの接客もよかったです。聖ポール天主堂跡、セナド広場、カテドラルなど世界遺産が徒歩圏内で立地抜群。最寄りのバスの本数が多く、24:00近くでも運行していました"

最寄りのバス停からは公園の階段を上り下りするか、少し迂回して坂道を上り下りしなければなりません。大きなスーツケースを携えていると、少し体力がいりますが許容範囲です

せっかく費用を支払って、 オーシャンフロントにしているのに ガーデンビューの格安ランクのコテージ泊のアメリカ人家族が毎日毎日(3日間) 午前中は私のコテージ前のデッキチェアを占領していた。午後は私が静かに使えたが、チェックアウトの日は午前中に使いたかったため、直接伝えたが無視して居座っていた。 フロントに伝えたが、対応してもらえず、 結局、私は急ぐ予定はなかったので、 次のゲストが来るまでの時間、11:00〜14:00 オーシャンフロントバンガロー専用のデッキチェアーで過ごさせてもらうことにして、気持ちを収めました。 本当、このような図々しいことをしても 支払いをケチる行動や注意されても、謝らない 立ち退かない、傍若無人ぶりは、アメリカ人と中国人の中流階級以下の方々が犯すミスです。 ある程度はコチラが大人対応しますが、 気をつけてほしい。
