"Warm staff, beautiful facilities and nice food"

レストランに行くためにタクシーを呼んでもらったが、そのタクシーはウランバートルでは普通のいわゆる 白タクシーで、とても汚かった。帰りのエストランでタクシーでも呼んでもらったが、段階に応じて料金が 異なることが分かった。タクシー代は高くないので、最上級クラスのタクシーを予約してもらうことを お勧めします。

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

前の道路はわりと交通量があります。 街の中心部から歩いて15～20分ほどかかり、周辺に商店はありません。

"ラウンジが快適。アルコールが飲める方は、かなりお得。 イスラムのお国がら、飲酒は困難。夜食事中の飲酒は、物凄く高額。 今回、ラウンジでお昼12：30から夜21：50までビ－ル・ワインは 飲めて、木曜日夜はカクテルもあり、かなりお得。 ラウンジ付き部屋は高額だが、飲酒・毎回の夕食代・サウナ利用・プ－ル・ビ－チ無料 何かとVIP対応を考慮すると、１泊料金は安価。 部屋の掃除のほか、ペットボトル・トイレットペーパーの追加・タオル交換が夜に入ります。 ペットボトル・枕元のチョコレート・バスルームアイテムで溢れるほど。 毎日晴れて、お昼は、41-42℃。 バルコニーに持参した洗濯紐をかけ、ハンガーや折り畳み洗濯干したら、カラカラに乾き、 水着もハンカチも、靴下も気持ちよく、快適。"

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. "チェックイン後、お部屋のViewがイマイチだったため、変更してくれたおかげで、お部屋での時間がグレードUpしました。"

せっかく費用を支払って、 オーシャンフロントにしているのに ガーデンビューの格安ランクのコテージ泊のアメリカ人家族が毎日毎日(3日間) 午前中は私のコテージ前のデッキチェアを占領していた。午後は私が静かに使えたが、チェックアウトの日は午前中に使いたかったため、直接伝えたが無視して居座っていた。 フロントに伝えたが、対応してもらえず、 結局、私は急ぐ予定はなかったので、 次のゲストが来るまでの時間、11:00〜14:00 オーシャンフロントバンガロー専用のデッキチェアーで過ごさせてもらうことにして、気持ちを収めました。 本当、このような図々しいことをしても 支払いをケチる行動や注意されても、謝らない 立ち退かない、傍若無人ぶりは、アメリカ人と中国人の中流階級以下の方々が犯すミスです。 ある程度はコチラが大人対応しますが、 気をつけてほしい。

"・空港行きのエアコーチとダブリンバス及び各種のツアーバスが発着するオコンネルストリートの北端から徒歩３〜４分のところにあり（ただし結構な上り坂)、中心部のテンプルバーまでも歩いて10分ほどで行けるため、とても便利なロケーション。 ・フロントスタッフは皆親切だった。 ・朝食が７時からのコンチネンタルブッフェ（ソーセージなどの温かい料理はないが、ハム・ゆで卵・生野菜等はある）か７時半からのフルアイリッシュブレックファストの好きな方を選べるところ。 ・湯沸かし器とコーヒー（インスタント）・紅茶が付いているし、毎日ミネラルウォーターが提供される。"

・施設自体かなり古いため、廊下を歩く人の足音などがかなり響く。また、クローゼットが小さくて使いにくい（その代わり収納用の引出しはたくさんあった）。 ・四つ星なのに部屋に金庫が付いていない。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋はそれ程多くないようなので、バスタブ付きを希望の場合には、事前にリクエストしたうえでチェックイン時にしっかり確認する必要がある。

"スタッフの方々全てとても良かったです。近隣のおすすめの飲食店やそこへの経路、バス停やあ地下鉄の駅への経路、などとても親切に教えて下さいました。スリランカ出身の女性のスタッフも日本語がとても上手で笑顔が印象的でした。また、繁華街やコンサート会場など何処へ行くのにも歩いて10分圏内でした。"

部屋に入った途端、タバコの匂いはしませんでしたが、何だか汗臭いような匂いがしたのでそこだけマイナスでした。
