The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

中心部から少し離れている。 朝食があまり美味しくなかった。

"建物は新しくありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて快適です。ツインルームでしたが広さは十分で、バスタブもありました。ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。テレビは比較的新しいタイプのものだと思います。朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。スタッフの接客もよかったです。聖ポール天主堂跡、セナド広場、カテドラルなど世界遺産が徒歩圏内で立地抜群。最寄りのバスの本数が多く、24:00近くでも運行していました"

最寄りのバス停からは公園の階段を上り下りするか、少し迂回して坂道を上り下りしなければなりません。大きなスーツケースを携えていると、少し体力がいりますが許容範囲です

水回りのクロムメッキから錆が出ている。バスタブ水廻り配置が良くない。バスタブはあるが、シャワーとして使い、お湯張りはしなかった。備え付け椅子の高さ調整機能が不十分。大通りに抜けるまでの区間に路上生活者が散見される。

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Location, right on a beautiful beach with soft sand and clear turquoise sea. Kind friendly helpful staff, large clean modern condo. Great food in the restaurant and such charming,friendly waiting staff."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

the only thing that bothered me was the poor soundproofing, I could hear our neighbors.

シャワーがどう考えても外に水が漏れる作りになっており、気を遣いながら浴びなければならないのは改善してほしい点です。また、食洗機はきれいに落ちず手洗いでやり直したり、洗濯をするだけなのに3時間かかり靴下がボロボロになりました。もう一点、アイロンの場所があったにも関わらず本体がありませんでした。 設備がもっと改善されると滞在のグレードも上がるため、期待したいところです。
