It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"海の横に隣接してるホテルで、徒歩でビーチまであるけてゆっくりとした時間をすごせます。 部屋も申し分ないくらい大きいので、2人で来ても余るくらい大きいです。 空港からは少し遠いかもしれませんが、シティー、スーク、グランドモスク、タワーの方に行くには近いのでロケーションも問題なし"

寝室のカーテンの横の長さが足りないので、部屋が明るくて朝早く目覚めてしまう。 それと横が工事してたので少しうるさかったです。

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

The appearance of the building is quite old . but the staff kindness outweighed it.

市中心からちょっと遠いから。 バスが分れば安く早く行けます。

"受付スタッフの滞在サポートがとても助かりました。素晴らしいオーシャンビューでしたし、キッチンや洗濯機があり部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました。"

シャワーがどう考えても外に水が漏れる作りになっており、気を遣いながら浴びなければならないのは改善してほしい点です。また、食洗機はきれいに落ちず手洗いでやり直したり、洗濯をするだけなのに3時間かかり靴下がボロボロになりました。もう一点、アイロンの場所があったにも関わらず本体がありませんでした。 設備がもっと改善されると滞在のグレードも上がるため、期待したいところです。

・施設自体かなり古いため、廊下を歩く人の足音などがかなり響く。また、クローゼットが小さくて使いにくい（その代わり収納用の引出しはたくさんあった）。 ・四つ星なのに部屋に金庫が付いていない。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋はそれ程多くないようなので、バスタブ付きを希望の場合には、事前にリクエストしたうえでチェックイン時にしっかり確認する必要がある。

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

"古いホテルだったが、室内、特にバスルームは完全にきれいに清潔に改装されていた。 大きなホテルでは無かったが、スタッフもファミリアーで定宿として使うには素晴らしい。"

レストランに行くためにタクシーを呼んでもらったが、そのタクシーはウランバートルでは普通のいわゆる 白タクシーで、とても汚かった。帰りのエストランでタクシーでも呼んでもらったが、段階に応じて料金が 異なることが分かった。タクシー代は高くないので、最上級クラスのタクシーを予約してもらうことを お勧めします。

"朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかった。マダガスカルのおかゆ（vary amin'anana）があるのがよい。部屋は広くて余裕があった。マダガスカルらしさは感じられないが、機能的で快適。Wifiも十分使えた。大型スーパー（Super U）が入ったショッピングセンターが歩いてすぐの距離にあるので、便利。スタッフも感じがよい。"

ホテル内のレストランはおしゃれで、おいしいが、マダガスカルにしては値段が高め。町の中心部から離れているので、レストランの選択肢がない。道路を挟んだ反対側にスープシノア（マダガスカル風ラーメン）やチョック（おかゆ）が食べられるローカルなお店（量がとても多いので注意）があるくらい。

"日本人です。今回3泊させていただきました。滞在全てを通じて大変満足しており、サフィールさんを選んで良かったと帰国後も思い口コミを書かせていただいております。ホテルは全体的に清潔で、汚いなあと思うことは1回もありませんでした。入り口にはセキュリティゲートがあり、スタッフさんも十分にいらっしゃいましたので、セキュリティ面は安心できるかと思います。また、ホテル前に車を駐車しやすいです。近くにもう1つ「サフィール」というホテルがあるそうでタクシー等使われる際には目的地を明確に伝えることをお勧めします。スタッフさんはとても親切で英語も伝わります。フロントや朝食のシーンにおいて、フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客してくださいます。口コミを参考にされた皆さまが訪問される時期にあるかは分かりませんが、朝食にて目の前で調理してくださるオムレツは大変おいしく、3日間全ていただきました。笑 3泊しましたが、朝食は内容が少しづつ変化し、毎朝楽しめました。レストランの花が毎日変わっていることにも感動しました。また、滞在中お部屋のクリーニングをしてくださった8F担当のEmodさんには感謝しています。毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、ベッドライナーを使用した遊び心は日本にはなかなか無いサービスで、毎日帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。偶然お会いした際には日本に対する愛情を伝えてくださりとても感動しました。また会える日を楽しみにしています。"

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good
