"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. The spa!!!! I had a treatments with hairdresser, that was late for 40 minutes! And the toilet was broken

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Very friendly , easy going hotel with good staff and friendly guests! Wonderful large room with access to sun loungers and the small beach and views over the water( Beach front king).Other places accessible by taxi, if rather expensive!"

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"旧市街にあり、観光に便利でした。部屋には紅茶のティーバックやスティックタイプのコーヒーに加え、炭酸入りミネラルウォーターも1本用意されていました。割引前の価格であれば普通のサービス水準ですが、約40%引きの€34.27でこの水準のホテルに泊まれたので、大満足です。"

入口の自動チェックイン機械でエラーが出て、少し困りました。すぐに扉が自動で開いて、フロントでカードを受け取りました。

"マプトの定番の観光名所であるマプト大聖堂・市庁舎のすぐそば。 マプト駅など他の主要な観光スポットには概ね徒歩30分程度の範囲の時間で着くことができる。 部屋は大変広々としており快適。 予約時に大聖堂や市役所を見下ろす部屋をリクエストしたところ、 上層階の部屋にしていただいており、景色は理想通りで最高だった。 スタッフの細やかなサービスが大変よく（ウェルカムドリンクまでいただいてしまった）心地良かった。"
