"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Had to properly slam the door to shut it so weak door locks

It was cold in the room when I arrived

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

シャワーがどう考えても外に水が漏れる作りになっており、気を遣いながら浴びなければならないのは改善してほしい点です。また、食洗機はきれいに落ちず手洗いでやり直したり、洗濯をするだけなのに3時間かかり靴下がボロボロになりました。もう一点、アイロンの場所があったにも関わらず本体がありませんでした。 設備がもっと改善されると滞在のグレードも上がるため、期待したいところです。

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

"街の真ん中。部屋が広い。 バスタブと洗面の栓の抜き方が分からず、部屋に来てご指導頂いた時、お部屋の清掃の時、スタッフの皆さん靴を脱いでお部屋に入ってらして、感動した。みなさんフレンドリーで良い方でした。"

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
