I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"日本人です。今回3泊させていただきました。滞在全てを通じて大変満足しており、サフィールさんを選んで良かったと帰国後も思い口コミを書かせていただいております。ホテルは全体的に清潔で、汚いなあと思うことは1回もありませんでした。入り口にはセキュリティゲートがあり、スタッフさんも十分にいらっしゃいましたので、セキュリティ面は安心できるかと思います。また、ホテル前に車を駐車しやすいです。近くにもう1つ「サフィール」というホテルがあるそうでタクシー等使われる際には目的地を明確に伝えることをお勧めします。スタッフさんはとても親切で英語も伝わります。フロントや朝食のシーンにおいて、フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客してくださいます。口コミを参考にされた皆さまが訪問される時期にあるかは分かりませんが、朝食にて目の前で調理してくださるオムレツは大変おいしく、3日間全ていただきました。笑 3泊しましたが、朝食は内容が少しづつ変化し、毎朝楽しめました。レストランの花が毎日変わっていることにも感動しました。また、滞在中お部屋のクリーニングをしてくださった8F担当のEmodさんには感謝しています。毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、ベッドライナーを使用した遊び心は日本にはなかなか無いサービスで、毎日帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。偶然お会いした際には日本に対する愛情を伝えてくださりとても感動しました。また会える日を楽しみにしています。"

寝室のカーテンの横の長さが足りないので、部屋が明るくて朝早く目覚めてしまう。 それと横が工事してたので少しうるさかったです。

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.
