Stipe Residenceはポドストラナにある家族経営のゲストハウスです。広々とした個室には白い砂浜のビーチを一望する広いバルコニー、エアコンが備わります。 地中海の雰囲気溢れるポドストラナは、スプリトからわずか7kmの小さな観光の町で、透き通った青い海のすぐそばにあります。 一日の始まりには、バルコニーで太陽の光が降り注ぐ海を絶景ながら朝食付きを楽しめます。キッチンでは新鮮な地元産の食材を使って自炊ができます。地元のカジュアルなダイニングとインでは、非常ににおいしい郷土料理を提供しています。 すぐそばのビーチでは様々なウォータスポーツを手軽に楽しめます。少し先のスプリト旧市街の博物館、展覧会、スプリト・サマーフェスティバルも訪問できます。

"Excellent stay at Stripe residence, check in was easy and simple, stayed in the loft room which was beautiful and spacious, easy transport links via bus into the town centre or Uber between 10/15 euros."
"Not a case of what I didn't like but there is a bit of a hill up to the accomdation from the main road, and if your staying in the loft theres about 3/4 sets of stairs to climb but well worth it for the views!"
