"全てが素晴らしかったです！ エントランスは豪華で隅々まで手入れが行き届いておりスタッフの方も親切でした◎ お部屋もすごく綺麗で、スリッパも備え付けがありました。施設内のジャグジーやサウナも時間内であれば何回でもいけるのと、部屋のバスローブで行くことができるで良かったです。ジャグジーの温度も38°のものと34°のものが2種類あり、疲れた体に沁みました。 朝ごはんも種類が多く楽しめました♪ 受付の方で日本語を勉強している方がいらっしゃり「ありがとうございました♪」と可愛く言ってくださり大変素敵な思い出となりました！"
"特にありません 強いて言えば、SPAの予約をしようと昼頃に伺ったところ既に翌日まで埋まってしまっていたので、ホテル内でSPAを受けたい場合には早めに予約しておくことをお勧めします！"

"朝、11時前には部屋を出て、清掃をお願いするプレートもかけていたが、15時を過ぎてもお部屋の清掃が終わっていなかった。 ヨーロッパのホテルではある程度仕方ないが、水回りが弱い。シャワーの排水口の流れが悪い。 朝食のスタッフは、1日目はよく声をかけてくれていてとてもよかったが、2日目は声もかけられず、こちらから声をかけても気付いてもらえず、お願いして持ってきてもらったシャンパンは溢してもsorry というだけで拭かず、頼んだカプチーノはだいぶ冷めていたのが非常に残念。 5つ星にしては割安だが、実際には4つ星の価値があるか微妙。"

"Super nice hotel - the room was big, the spa was very nice, the location is perfect. I did not try the breakfast or go to any of the in-house restaurants (they were all always empty, for some reason), so I cannot comment on those."
"We had an issue with electricity in our room. There are no electricity sockets next to the bed, so I tried to use one on the other side of the room, which was not working. In the end, I unplugged a lamp and managed to use that. Also, not a complaint, but I think it was funny - they tell you "there is a special elevator that only goes to the spa", so naturally you follow the sign saying "elevators", but the elevator to the spa is not with the other elevators, and there is no sign for it. So you will just need to walk around searching for it (tip: go the opposite way of the sign pointing you to the normal elevators)."
