"スタッフの対応が謎。事前にオンライン支払いができない上に、チェックイン時間を連絡しても返事がない。当日現地に到着しても誰もおらず、施設全体が真っ暗だった。色々な場所に連絡してなんとかチェックインできたが、なぜこんな非効率的なのだろう。また支払いも宿泊期間中にカードで払う必要があるが、前日に連絡を取り合って決めた時間に当日遅刻してきた。勿体無い。"

"One wall of the room was a glass door, and there was no window in the room. Therefore, I had trouble with ventilation and getting light. Because when I opened the curtain and the door, people passing by in front of the door could see me. This isn't a problem for short stays. If you're staying for a long time like me, you can request another room. I'm sure Mrs Arini will help."
