"Fiona is the Gem of Hidden Gem Cottage - she was very helpful when we contacted her and popped in to see us. She also let us know about a local water outage during our stay. The property was immaculately clean."

"Wonderful, peaceful setting. A perfect getaway in a lovely location with kind owners. We loved that it felt so private, but was only a few minutes drive into town for groceries etc."

"The house was big enough to facilitate 3 generations comfortably. Allowing each to have their own space. It was positioned close to the beach and lake. A restaurant was walking distance and another provided a complimentary taxi bus to and from the restaurant. The food was excellent specialising in seafood which is a hot favourite with us all. The weather wasn't the best but the sun room made you forget due to it's brightness. The owner was extremely helpful and informative of the local sights, shops, doctors, vets ( the house is dog friendly), and garage."
