"The hotel is located outside of the tourist central area, but within reasonable walking distance (about 10-15 minutes). There are many wineries within driving distance and the very nice Ramot HaNadiv park. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was alright on our first night on thursday. On friday/shabbat it was a bit more mediocre. The pool is surprisingly large and the gardens surrounding the area give a nice."

"The place is a bit worn out and definitely needs renovation mainly in the corridors, dining and pool areas where all the furniture is very tired. The hotel was packed with kids, some of who really disturbed our peace and even played "knock knock" pranks on our door. When we asked the hotel staff for help, they suggested to downgrade us to an older room so we would be in a quieter area - certainly not the answer we expected, but we did get a complimentary wine bottle later that was nice touch."

"This is NOT a 5-star hotel. If you want 5-star accommodations, then go find a 5-star hotel and pay triple the price! This is a lovely hotel and it gives EXCELLENT value for your money!"

"The receptionist was not helpful at departure. Kept us waiting at the desk while in a private phone call in back office. so we left the key on the desk. Apart from that the staff were fine."
