"Location, rooms were nice and comfy"
"The rooms had a distinct scent, and weren't very well aired out. Also the hot tub is kind of small - maybe good for up to 3 people max. We were a group of 6 so we forewent that option. The contact info was for a family member who was abroad at the time so they did reply - but the information didnt seem to quite reach the actual manager on the propert before our arrival. Once we arrived we got the right contact info and then everything was fine :)"
