"The fact that the hotel was only accepting to provide taxi from the hotel and the taxi wasn’t a hotel branded one so it seemed as if they had ordered a cab at a lower cost and I ended up paying double the amount as I didn’t have Ola or Uber Concienge should assist in getting that option."

"The hotel lacks advertisement and marketing. This hotel should be buzzing with lots of guests. Despite the hotel situated in a happening and lively area, good accommodation, excellent menu, there are only few guests there. Infact I have come to know about this hotel while travelling to the mall. Otherwise there's no way I could have known"
