"The hotel was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. All the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"There was a remodelling in progress in the hotel (but it was running only during the working hours). What we struggled in the room were the mosquitoes."

"Clean Located at Santa Cruz Metro Station. Very busy area with lots of street shops and vendors. Easy access to the Santa Cruz Skywalk. Very quiet room, even though located in front of highway. Mostly local vendors in the area, not the known names like Starbucks or KFC."

"No ATMs that we could find to obtain US Dollars with a credit or Debit card in the hotel vicinity."
