"The cleanliness of the room was unacceptably poor, the staff were immensely rude when dealing with my complaint, and this hotel continues to falsy advertise free parking to this day when there is none. The hotel staff have a conspiracy to mislead foreign guests to help their business and do not speak English well enough to be hosting guests from the UK. I fully expect them to reply to this review in the same unprofessional way they replied to my complaint, don't believe anything they say."
