"リノベーションされたばかりかホテル（部屋含め）そのものが新築同様でした。宿泊した部屋には簡易キッチン、電子レンジも装備されていて食べる部屋も別にありました。"

"駐車場があれば尚更良かった。フィレンツェの市内の道路は全て駐車禁止で、高い民間の駐車場に停める以外は駐禁チケットを覚悟。ホテル近くにあるも料金が非常に高かった。"

"湯沸かしポット、シャワールームのアメニティ、使い捨てスリッパも完備されており、お部屋も清潔でした。 朝食も種類が豊富で、朝食ルームのお皿の装飾コレクションも美しかったです。 鉄道駅から徒歩圏内で、周囲には飲食店やスーパーもあり便利な立地でした。 価格もお手頃に泊まれたので満足です。"

"スタッフのサービスは今まで宿泊したホテルやアパートの中では最高でした。ウフィツィ美術館のチケット購入、そしてその予約当日にストライキで入館できなかった際のフォローは見事でした。 ホテルの建物内・部屋等も清潔でした。 ロケーションも駅から徒歩圏内。近くにはいわゆる市場もあり日本人にはうれしい海産物を食べることができました。 フィレンツェは美術、ショッピング、食べ物。観光等想像以上に感慨深い懐の深い都市でした。是非再び訪れ、そしてホテルボストンに泊まりたい、そんな思いを強く抱きました。"

"シャワーコーナーの半分に扉が無く床が濡れてしまいました。それは不満材料でしたがそれを補って余りあるスタッフの対応で総体的には大満足してます。"

"Our original room was big but right by the road so we asked for a quieter one, which our host gave us. Overlooking the inner courtyard. Lovely and quiet and hardly any noise from the builders next door. A little smaller but perfect just to sleep in. Breakfast was not huge, but a bit of everything, and great cappuccino! Brilliant location to most things, 10-20 minute walk at most. Fridge and a working safe both appreciated. Lovely little courtyard garden to sit out in."
