Surrounded by 50 hectares of its own vineyards, Locanda Palazzone is just 5 km outside of Orvieto. It features a garden with swimming pool and panoramic countryside views. Locanda Palazzone is a charming and historic building, built in 1300 in celebration of the first Jubilee. It features spacious suites with original features such as wood-beamed ceilings or wood floors. All air-conditioned, they also feature a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, free 無料Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities. A buffet breakfast of homemade croissants, cakes and marmalades is served each morning. The restaurant, open on request, serves a fixed menu of Umbrian specialities at dinner. Free parking is provided at the Locanda, which is only 10 minutes' drive from Orvieto Cathedral. It is easily reached from the A1 motorway and is 20 km from Lake Bolsena.

"We only stayed a night on our way home. I was surprised by how nice it was. The staff called in advance to ensure my wife's wheelchair could get in the lift. The hotel sits on a vineyard with a panoramic view of rolling hills and Orvieto town as backdrop. We got to buy some delicious wine."
