"Mostly the location."
"I wish there was a coffee machine or something to make coffee in the morning but likely there were plenty of bars in that area."
"Owner met us at check-in for instructions, very nice man. Room is big, bathroom is new and clean, and location is a 10min walk from two train stations (L1 to Sorrento and Napoli) and the waterside/city center of Castellammare di Stabia. We recommend, thank you Antonio!"

"The check -in was at 16:00, but the husband of Roberta arrived beforehand in order for us to check-in and enjoy the day. We were constantly in contact with Roberta and she gave us very good recommendations for moving around the region by train and for food. The location is good, we were close to the central station. The room was very cosy and very clean, the bathrooms was as well perfectly clean. The whole apartment was very well taken care of and in very nice conditions. We are very grateful to Roberta for the help she provided to us and for the perfect place we stayed in."

"La posizione è molto comoda perché è a 2 passi dal lungomare e dalla stazione di treno e funivia. Bagno spazioso e nuovo. Il proprietario è una persona alla mano e disponibile."
"L'arredamento della stanza è un pò arrangiato e poi si sentiva uno strano odore che non andava via nemmeno tenendo le finestre aperte. Lo stabile in generale avrebbe bisogno di una buona rinfrescata."
"Tout était parfait !! Les instructions de Roberta étaient très claires. Petite cuisine à disposition, très utile. Avec frigo, petit four. C'était un beau plus. Belle chambre conforme aux photos. Soignée, propre et bonne literie. J'ai bien dormi. C'est une adresse que je recommande. Très bien située. Proche deux de gares (pour aller à Naples Vesuve Pompei ou à Sorrente !). Nous les avons beaucoup utilisées. Proche du téléphérique pour monter au mont Faito avec une belle vue sur la baie de Naples. C'était grandiose. Plage à 5 min à pied. Plein de resto à proximité et plein de commerces. Proche de supermarchés, primeurs, épiceries... En une semaine, nous y avions déjà nos habitudes. Ville très conviviale."
