Dinner was spectacularly good, with our only regret that it wasn't available every night! Breakfast was truly historic. Easily the best spread that we had in Sicily and definitely in our top three from all our worldwide travels."
"One small issue with the bathroom 'flooding' after each shower, but really no major problem. The road up to the property is a bit challenging in terms of surface, but no more so than many off the beaten track locations in Sicily!"

Simple things done very well for the good of them being done that way. Excellent food, room and conversation. Relax and run with your stay, you are with people not staff.
