Located 2 km from the centre of Vieste, Villaggio Camping Punta Lunga is set on promontory on the Gargano peninsula. It offers water sports, a Puglia restaurant and self-catering accommodation with a private bathroom. Set among pine and eucalyptus trees, the bungalows and mobile homes at the Villaggio Punta Lunga are decorated in a simple Mediterranean style. Each comes with a kitchenette and a veranda with a table and chairs. Guests can enjoy windsurfing lessons or simply relaxing on the private beach. There is also a hairdresser and supermarket on site. Vieste Harbour, where ferries depart for the Tremiti Islands, is 5 km from the property. Peschici is a 30-minute drive away. Trips can also be organised to the Grotte Marine caves.

"Wunderschöne Gegend, schöne Anlage, teilweise schon älter aber sehr gepflegt, lediglich die Matratzen in den Standard Bungalows würden sich sicherlich freuen wenn sie gegen neue Exemplare ausgetauscht würden."

"Campeggio in ottima posizione con spiaggia praticamente privata. Silenziosissimo, da vero relax. Ristorante e bar sulla spiaggia eccellenti e a prezzi onestissimi, ti invoglia a non cucinare durante il soggiorno. Staff simpatico e pronto a consigliare. Abbiamo partecipato a lezioni di yoga e ginnastica piacevolissime, grazie ad un insegnante appassionata e coinvolgente. Vieste a 5 min di macchina, peccato non ci siano ciclabili per arrivarci. Possibilità di praticare windsurf grazie ad istruttori simpatici e preparati. Torneremo sicuramente."

"Great location in the historical part of Napoli. Only stayed one night as had an early flight back, but would recommend this place and area and will try to stay here next time. The owner was really great communication wise and recommended some local places to eat away from the tourist traps. Walking distance from the ferry where you can get a shuttle to the airport as well. The room was great for a few nights stay, only thing is it depends who your neighbours are!"
