"I like the fact that it was located in the hills with winds blowing into the house keeping it t very cool during the daytime. I barely ran the AC. I loved the walk up the hill that overlooked the roadway and a few resorts. The neighborhood was very quiet. I love the use of the indoor washer and dryer."
