"A quirky luxury property with a lot of positives….. amazing views across the Mekong and it’s bridges (including the lit up bamboo bridge at night); super comfortable rooms; tasty dinner options and wine available at the rooftop bar; decent buffet breakfast with omelette station (albeit no cereal or pastries, but that’s being fussy!!!); awesome spa next door with a voucher provided, with sauna, steam and hot / cold plunge pools."
"I got bitten badly at night, I assume by mozzies. Service at reception and in bar / restaurants was inconsistent….. some awesome service, and some more iffy, e.g. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get the bill for food and drink at the rooftop bar"

"Last time we visited they had a great filet steak . This time they changed to rib eye for a higher price than the filet and much worse quality. Strange."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The Mekong River view was very nice. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again."
