"The apartment was great. It was located on a quiet side street. It had plenty of restaurants around, with a lot of variety in regards to the types of food. The apartment was big, with two large bedrooms and comfortable mattresses. The stuff was very kind and polite, they were responsive to the requests that we made."

"Sophorn and his family were lovely and very hospitable. I highly recommend for solo travellers as Sophorn was happy to coordinate with other homestays to make sure there was a group trekking trip I could do. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious and they were happy to cater to me being a vegetarian with no problems (as well as arranging it so there was also vegetarian food on the trek so I never had to worry about it!). The facilities available are clean and well maintained. The views are beautiful from the rooms and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It's a little bit of a walk into the centre of Banlung but you are close to waterfalls and Svay Mountain. Sophorn was happy to sort out a pick up for me from where the bus dropped me off in the city as well as being very helpful while I was booking my bus onwards. He offers various trekking options, as well as an 8 day one that gets you close to the border of Loas which he is very enthusiastic to do!"
