"Remote location, away from everything. Reduced to the essentials. Great food and very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean beach."
"Nothing if you manage your expectations right: if you can live without a water flush, electricity in your room and almost no internet for a couple of days, and can accept having some animals once in a while in your hut, this is your place to enjoy basic life again!"

"The beach is absolutely incredible. It can get busy but there’s always a sense of privacy. You can hire cheap snorkelling equipment and there’s amazing bioluminescence right at the shore."
"The bungalows are decent but do get very sandy and I had quite a few ants in my bed, which was fine but got a bit frustrating after 3 nights as it all just piles up. The shower and bathroom situation (no running water) borders on the side of charming at the beginning but on my third day, I got a stomachache and then ended up being ill for quite a while after this stay. The food in the restaurant gets very repetitive (and is a bit overpriced) and the service can get really slow because so many people eat here. I enjoyed our stay and think the staff do their absolute best but all these things can start to weigh on you when you get ill from the water."

If, on the other hand you’re looking for magic, away from WiFi but close to nature in a fantastic setting with wonderful staff always here to help… Go! A rare authentic experience on koh rong."

"Location was gorgeous, an unspoilt and quiet beach - a rare find these days, very natural setting, communal area was great, being able to see the bioluminescence was amazing, food was delicious, staff were great."
"Wasn’t too much of an issue for us but as you should expect when in nature, it can join you…had a few bats in our room one night, made for an exciting evening with reduced sleep but if you don’t like the thought of that this may not be your place."

"You have a lot of space between the bungalows so it's very quiet. The dogs are friendly and come to visit at times which I personally really like. The place as an old style feel to it which is wonderful and nostalgic."
