"The staff at Sofitel were the standouts. From Sim at reception, Vutha the head concierge, Moni who assists the GM to Kim Lay at breakfast. Fantastic extra mile level service! Sprawling and quiet grounds. Breakfast was brilliant. Great spread. We got goodies for home conveniently at the adjacent Aeon Mall. The hotel buggy brought us there every time. Complimentary drinks on arrival and in the room including snacks were a nice touch. We went around by tuk tuk ordered via Grab. Very convenient."

"There were a number of facility issues which were fixed quickly and efficiently. From faulty wall USB panel to loose bathroom hook to creaky beds. It would have been better if the bath gel and shampoo dispensers were installed on the same side as the shower. It was installed on the opposite bathroom wall. Had to turn around each time to get a refill."
