"Great location in the heart of Basseterre. They allowed me a very early check in as my flight arrived early and I really appreciated that. Staff were kind. The room was comfy."

"A little bit of noise late at night as the hotel is located in one of the main strips of town with lots of movement and music from nearby spots."

"Great location close to all. Friendly environment and service minded staff"

"A bit dated rooms. The front door from the street looks very shaggy and doesn’t give a positive impression. But it is different when entering…"

"Location is in the city centre. less than 5 minutes walk to the bus station and the port (ferry to Nevis). Rooms were simple, but ok, bed was perfect. They offer breakfast, which is very good and not so expensive for what you get. Staff were nice."

"No view from the room. Long wait to get the breakfast. Loud music from the store across the street gets annoying during the day, but after 7pm it all gets quiet. No daylight in the room."

"I really liked the pillows and the pillow cases. The balcony was nice for my morning coffee too."

"I feel like there could have been drinking water provided in the room fridge."

"We were surprised at how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Anything we wanted, we got. ALL the staff were smiling and professional everything we saw and did was above satisfactory. We will definitely stay there again."

"Not being able to open the windows where we stayed. Only having one UK Socket in the room."

"The hotel offers convenient access to buses and nearby stores. It is always clean and welcoming."
