"The host is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I am BTS ARMY and so she is, so we had a fun ARMY chating time. The room is very spacious and very quiet even though it is close to Seoul Station. Dmitry is a mixture of men and women. This was really feel like staying in a Korean friend's house so for someone love to home stay, I highly recommend this place!"

"The equipment is a little old, but it's clean and fine. Erica desn't have a microwave, but she always managed to warm up my meal."

"Located 10min walk from the main train station and subway, which was convenient as i needed to get to Incheon Airport early the next morning. The host is very friendly and helpful with info and suggestions, speaks english and spanish Good for a short stay."

"Bed a bit hard, but that seems to be quite common in Korea. Room a bit cold at night"

"The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Help me to store my luggage before check-in time and the other day after check out time. The house is super clean with everything needed. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Seoul and close to the central area."

"The mattress needs to be changed, and the bathroom could have been cleaner."

"The location was great. Within walking distance to the Seoul Station and the Sookmyung Women’s Univ. Station. Convenience store and many restaurants, cafe can be found nearby. The host Erica was very accommodating and it was easy to communicate with her. I had some Korean food that I didn’t know how to cook and Erica helped me with it."

"The apartment is easy to find and the owner was really really kind and always willing to help me with anything. The place was clean and had any needed accomodations. It's easy to go anywhere since it's really close to Seoul station and other bus stations. There's also a convenience store close by. I reserved this place already twice and probably in the future when I come back to Seoul."

"There is no elevator. Which personally I didn't mind at all. But for those who need it, it's kind of a problem."

"Erica is very kind and helpful! Staying here doesn't feel like being in a crowded hostel with a strange room fragrance; it's more like a cozy couch-surfing experience. The electric blanket was a lifesaver for my back pain on the first night."
