"5층 엘베쪽 방은 방음이 안됨... 엘베소리랑 프론트 통화소리 계속 들림. 그래도 방 교체 요청드렸더니 바꿔주셨음 화장실 휴지가 안끼워져있었음 커플들은 비추... 화장실이 뭔가 개방된 느낌임"
"시설이 좋았습니다. 화장실이 구분 되어 있었고, 월풀 욕조도, 스타일러랑 안마기도 좋았습니다. 서비스로 제공되는 일회용품은 사용하지 않았지만. 객실이 동급 대비 2배 이상 넓어 여유 있었습니다."
"일부 이용객들이 담배를 폈는지, 담배 냄새가 나면 퇴실 한다는 경고가 있음에도 불구하고 다른 객실에서는 냄새가 났습니다. 전자기기가 많고 객실이 생각보다 더웠습니다."
"요근래 이용했던 호텔 중 탑이였어요! 청결했고 안마의자, 컴퓨터, tv, 스타일러, 화장대, 의자 등등 모든 시설 구비돼있고, 위치 또한 좋았어요 식당, 편의점 있고 호수공원 가까워 산책하기 좋습니다~ 나주에 가면 무조건 재방문할겁니다 :)"
"아쉽다기보단 그냥 정보입니다! 화장실에 일회용 쉐이빙폼 구비돼있고, 클렌징폼은 필요시 리셉션에 요청하면 되구요~ 샤워부스에 일회용 샴푸, 바디워시 있어요 리셉션 공지판에 간단 조식 안내돼 있는데 오늘 아침엔 오픈을 안했더라구요, 주변에 아침식사되는 식당이 꽤있어 아쉽진 않았지만 조식드실분들은 리셉션에 물어보는게 정확합니다~"

"When you go in, you will feel the vibe of old school blended with modern amenities. There is an open area to socialise and individual separated rooms to rest for the night. There are many eateries around the stay and a short walk to Namdaemun Market and Seoul Station. Hanok was clean and organised when we stay. Appreciated the big washing machine and high tech dryer!! Really saved me many night of not having to walk up to restart the dryer to ensure we have clean clothes in the morning."

"きれいでした。 入ってすぐ右に、テーブルやテレビの部屋があり、 その奥にバスルーム、その奥にキッチン、一番奥にベッドルームがありました。 エアコン完備。 洗濯機あり。 冷蔵庫あり。 箸や皿など、キッチン用品やケトルあり。 周りにも飲食店がおおく、食べ物には困りません。 駅にも近くて、非常に便利でした。"
