"Very professional staff. Excellent facilities Excellent restaurant will wide selection at the buffet breakfast. It was early January and the hotel was clearly not busy. They allowed us an early check-in at 10h30 at no extra cost."
"There were small signs of wear and tear, but nothing significant. Being winter the hotel next to the park did seem a long way from many things, except the park."

"Many food choices on breakfast, bar in the hotel with cold beer. ZUMA restaurant. Solyanka Soup. Room was quite different than room I got later (different reservation) - price similar. For business stay is quite good."
"I have arrived earlier, my reservation was bit later and nobody cares it. waited two hours for regular hours check-in. I have informed them that next day I have another booking reservation and requested if we can do it fast (had to change to another room). Next day nobody cares and I have to wait another two hours with suitcase in my hand. I really don't understand it. If I continue in same hotel somebody should think about it and check you earlier or offer you some solution. to not waste your time."
"Location of the hotel - near to the park. Good facilities. Amazing restaurant next to the hotel named ZUMA (horse meat is great). Good cleanliness. Another nice restaurant near to lobby (Solianka is amazing). Bar has good cappuccino coffee and cold beer (loco and German). It's well know hotel so everybody (taxi drivers) know where it's located."
"I have been in two different rooms (cheaper single room and more expensive twin room). Twin room was much better (almost everything, even sleepers). It will be nice if there is transparent curtains so room will be more bright and day light."

"Космонавт радует своим гостеприимством. Чистый уютный номер с вкусным комплиментом. Также при заселении на ресепшн предлагают Welcome drink, приятно удивило это нововведение. Профессиональный и внимательный персонал создаёт впечатление домашнего уюта. Превосходный и разнообразный завтрак. В ресторане очень нежный и сочный стейк возвращает энергию после активного рабочего дня. Также утром бассейн и тренажерный зал заряжают на предстоящие подвиги."
