"The staff were extremely attentive and supported us with organising travel from the Kuang Si Waterfall - They respond to messages promptly on the app. The property is in a fantastic location only a 5 minute walk to the night market/Main Street and a 2 minute walk to the Mekong River where there are lots of coffee shops and places to eat. We stayed in 2 different rooms on separate occasions and both were fantastic. The air-con worked well and the showers had hot water. The bed was extremely comfy and there are hot drinks facilities available. They have a beautiful terrace on the second floor which we utilised. They allowed us to keep our bags there after checkout which was very helpful. Highly recommend this place - such great value for money!"

"Room was comfortable enough for the price. The balcony near the room was wonderful. A great place to sit and have a complimentary coffee and watch the rain. The staff were great and the guy there(sorry but forgot his name) was very helpful and spoke perfect English. There is an amazing local noodle shop/ restaurant on the corner. Up the hill from the Ban Chuannue. Best chicken noodle eveeer. Good location too. Short walk to night market and Wats. Mekong river just down the street."

"Great location, a few minutes walk from the night markets and many good restaurants & lovely cafes/bakery’s. Clean and spacious room. Ken was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much of a problem and we really enjoyed chatting with him! He also helped arrange transport from the airport for us."

"The shower pressure wasn’t great and took a while to heat up and the bed was very creaky. The rules on no food or drink in the room (we sometimes enjoy staying in if we’ve had an already expensive day!) but I wouldn’t let this put you off staying here :)"
