"写真の通り、新しくてきれいなブティックホテル。観光客で賑わうエリアから少し離れているので、静かな環境でゆっくり過ごすことができました。チェックインはスムーズで、シャワーもお湯がでて水量も十分。朝食のカオソーイがおいしく、1泊だけでしたが快適な滞在でした！部屋に充電器を忘れてしまったのですが、チェックアウト後に気がついて電話で問い合わせたところ、すぐに調べて折り返し電話をもらえました。有り難いことに数日間保管しておいてくれて、無事に受け取ることができ、とても感謝しています。徒歩数分の系列ホテルで自転車をかりることもでき（有料）、快適にルアンパバーンを楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました！"

The deluxe room is in good condition but I recommend to change the bedsheet when I request to make up the room ( it has been two days). The standard room is small and old . It has better to stay at deluxe and pay the diffence"

"The location of the property is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance of many of the best attractions and restaurants. The rooms are also comfortable and the breakfast was simple but enjoyable."

"The rooms are small with little natural daylight and some noise from the street (which is to be expected), but there are nice communal areas too too. They also take a $20 deposit in case of damages, which was not a problem but something to be aware of!"

"Great location, walking distance to many things. Staff was very friendly. The BEST and FASTEST wifi I've had in any hotel in Laos!! The room was clean and cozy. Nice shower (and an actual shower! Not a wet room like so many other hotels in Laos). I really appreciated the unlimited free water."

"Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30, but it was often late and I wouldn't receive food until almost 8:00. There were times I showed up for breakfast at 7:30 and the breakfast staff hadn't arrived yet. Since there were a few days we had to leave for excursions at 8:00, we had to skip the hotel breakfast and eat our own food for a few days."
