"The inclusive dinner and breakfast were substandard, especially considering the high rate we paid. Both our steaks at dinner were awful, tough and chewy. - Dry/hard 'bread' with starter dips, dry cake for dessert.. disappointed, especially for Christmas eve 😞 The bar meals however were excellent!!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Sami Mountain escape the drive up was incredible and the property has a spectacular view amazing staff and is really good value for money. We also love the extra long hot water bottles they provided to keep us warm through the frosty night."
