"空港とのアクセス（無料バス）のバス停が至近である、また旧市街の中心部にあり、観光スポットを訪問するのに非常に便利だった"

"１階部分が、同系列のカフェ（レストラン）であり、賑やかな反面夜間にはちょっと音が室内に入ってきた また、欧州のホテルに多いが、室内に冷蔵庫はなくビールやワインを室内で楽しむのは難しかった 朝食は、チーズやハム、パンが主体で、温かい料理は皆無 また、（昔スイスのツェルマットのホテルで見たことがあったが）生卵を自分で茹でるという仕組みで、茹で卵器の存在に気付かず卵を取ってきて、席で割ったら生卵だったので片付けが大変だった こういった仕組みは知らない人（特にアジア人）が多いので説明が必要、、、、実際、朝食時間にスタッフは皆無だったので無理でしょうが。"

"When we arrived we was told the hotel was fully booked which was concerning but reception was really efficient and we were swiftly moved to a sister hotel Hotel Simoncini not opposite the Christmas market but still a lovely hotel and the receptionist there was also nice. No hot food at breakfast which I didn't mind as I loved the bread, smoked salmon and cheese but my partner typically likes bacon, sausage eggs and beans"
