"The place was as advertised. They have 4 individual rooms with 2 one-person beds. It is very clean, new. Getting the keys was super simple (there's a lock and they send you the codes) so very flexible. Easy access and parking in front. They have an equipped kitchen if need be. Room are comfy too. The area is quiet/residential"

"The most important thing what should be mentioned that sound isolation in rooms were quite poor and those with sensitivness to noises can be disturbed by neighboors from other rooms with their even not loud sounds as conversations and tv watching."

"Unlikely, we got caught in the pouring rain and dried things with a hair dryer. There was no towel dryer and heater. We checked weather in adviced and asked to check in earlier, unfortunately, it wasn't possible."

"It was not said in the general description of the property that there are shared bathroom facilities. So instead of apartment you get only room in the apartment. Bathroom therefore dirty as several separate guest families shares it. Walls as thin as paper - could hear everything."
