"If you look for a peaceful stay in the fantastic Latvian countryside - Ūdensdzirnavas is the right place to stay. Picturesque scenery, manicured garden and a lake to do anything you would like to do in the lake - fishing, boat trips, swimming, you name it."
"We are looking forwards to a return visit during a more appropriate season. Spa and sauna facilities were not available."

"There is a pretty old house in the middle of fields by quiet pond. We stayed there in the middle of the work week, and we were alone at the place, which made it feel like real luxury."

"The customer service: we arrived very late, the owner called and left us the room details. It the room there’s a small fridge freezer , towels and even a hair dryer- surprising! But pleasant. Complimentary boat or catamaran ride on the lake. Children’s playground Electric kettle and mugs in the hall."
"The wooden structure isn’t soundproof - so if you’re elderly and concerned about babies crying or a banquet going on - not a perfect place."

"Vienīgs mīnus, ka booking nebija minēts, baseins un pirts cenā iet atsevišķi. Jo tā dēļ uz turieni vien braucām."
"Ļoti mājīgs viesu nams un pat aukstā ziemas naktī (-24) istabiņā bija tik silti, ka bērni varēja skraidīt pidžammās. Brokastis turpat krodziņā, omlete un pankūkas bērniem ļoti garšīgi! Paldies par viesmīlību, noteikti ir vērts atgriezties kad ar ģimeni atkal būsim kurzemes pusē. :)"

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
