Inside the Karmela my wife and I found a team of people that genuinely welcome and care for their visitors. Everything was perfect.. but our visit was too short. Our breakfast, which was including in our room rate was superb...fresh fruit, breaks and so much more. and everything came with a smile and a genuine happiness to serve their guests. We will defiantly go back to Riad Karmela if we visit Marrakesh again."

"The noise in the alley outside the Riad mini princesse (where we were staying) was disturbing at night but unavoidable so I don't feel that it is the responsibility of the establishment. The beauty treatments were below standard I'm afraid and we felt that the therapists would benefit from more training"
