"Really comfortable place to stay at! Comfy bed, air conditioner, good breakfasts. All interior is based on original Maroccian architecture. Friendly and helpful staff, explaining what to avoid and what to visit. Really do recommend!"

"Riad Louaya was our first place to stay in Marocco and we have loved it! We took the bus from the Airport and walked there. It is incredible quiet even though it is cery central for exploring Marrakesch. We had help with our luggage and even got a tea when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the room was lovely! Thank you very much:)"

"Location was near enough for a short walk to all we wanted to visit. Great airport transfer for €15 Rashid made us feel very welcome and was helpful with recommendations. This Riad was peaceful away from the busy streets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was very relaxing"

"Quiet but central location close to many attractions. Very polite and accommodating staff. Room true to the pictures."

"Breakfast was too carbohydrate heavy and didn’t include any vegetables or/and fruits. Door and some furniture could use a hinge maintenance."

"Such a wonderful place! Pretty, calm, authentic and so peaceful! Everybody was so kind and nice! Lovely breakfast! Everything, really everything was so pleasant and unforgettable! And the mint tea at Riad Louaya was the best tea we had in whole lovely Marrakesh! Totally recommend!"

"Loved the location, the rooms were large, comfortable and the whole Riad smells amazing! There was exceptional communication before, during and after our stay. Due to our schedule we only had breakfast once but we really rated the fresh coffee/orange juice and the lovely yogurt drink.. the fig jam was delicious too.. Abduh gave us great advice and help and we couldn’t fault the friendliness and hospitality."

"This was a fabulous stay. There were always people to take care of you in the house for anything that you needed (some extra food, tea, etc). It was as beautiful as the pictures showed, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooms very charming with en suite bathrooms and everything you needed.
