"Очень удобное расположение: рядом находится крупный магазин, кафе, аптеки. Ни раз останавливались в этом районе и всем рекомендуем. В квартире есть 2 небольших балкончика: один внутренний для сушки белья (огромный плюс около моря иметь возможность быстро высушить белье), второй для утреннего кофе или вечернего бокальчика вина. Квартира в женском стиле, уютно."

"Konumu oldukça güzel. Oldukça temiz ve bir evden beklediğiniz her şeyi fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Bize çok fazla yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle öneririm."

"Відпочивали тиждень в Будві. Це звичайна квартира в +- географічному центрі Будви. Суперовий район з багатьма магазинами і закладами харчування. 100 м Мегамаркет, 800 м HDL. До найближчого пляжу - до кілометра. Квартира чистенька з гарним ремонтом. Для проживання все є. Повністю укомплектована повноцінна кухня. Балкони на 2 сторони. Звісно все відносно... Для тих, хто шукає суперремонти і суперсервіс - звісно не сюди і не за ці гроші. Як по мені - все просто чудово. Якщо ще будемо відпочивати в Будві - обов'язково буду проситися в цю квартиру."
"Із ньюансів: на Букінгу місцезнаходження вказано не вірно. Квартира знаходиться на вулиці 3 Jula. Своєї парковки немає, але я безкоштовно паркувався цілий тиждень не далеко від квартири (трохи кмітливості і 5-10 хвилин часу). Бажано повісити ще одну шторку в ванную. Ліжко в спальні із двох односпальних ліжок. І скажу чесно не дуже зручне (але ж це все особисте)"

"This is the best-equipped house I've ever stayed in. It has absolutely everything. A wonderful barbecue area, the scent of pine trees, a lovingly designed interior, and peaceful surroundings. There’s firewood, charcoal, and all the necessary barbecue equipment. The hosts were wonderful. I forgot my ID in the house, and they mailed it back to me. Keep in mind that the house is quite far from the city center, so a car is necessary but that's more of an advantage than a drawback."

"Apartments was spacious, cosy, clean and beautiful with home-like feeling. When we arrived, there were fruits and sweets waiting for us :). Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped with everything for cooking and serving a meal. Location is also perfect - close to Black lake, big supermarket and restaurants. And last but not least our hosts Vjera and Rade were so hospitable and warm-hearted. We arrived without a car and Rade took us several times to picturesque places at the mountains - Tara Canyon and the lake Jablan. Hvala vam puno Vjera i Rade! 💖"
"It was just perfect! The host, the location, the house, everything! Rada&Peter are such sweet couple, we understood each other correctly even though they don’t speak english. Their daughter does and was so helpful with any question or request. The house is super clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is tremendous and the location is very close to Tara bridge. We highly recommend this place ❤️"
