"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

"Het uitzicht over de baai is echt fantastisch. Je kunt er de hele dag wegkijken zonder je te vervelen, er is altijd wel iets te zien op zee. De bedden zijn ook erg goed! Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien, ook wanneer je reist met een baby is alles wat noodzakelijk is aanwezig."

"Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en dat is soms heel fris, zeker als het net heeft geregend. Let op de derde slaapkamer is niet binnenin het hoofdgebouw."

"Parfait !"

"The style of the furnishings was so interesting. Very minimalistic, but it gave the unit the touch of St. Martin. The private pool was small, but located in a very spacious garden that allowed for barbecues and playing on the grass. The pool itself was large enough to lounge around in. The safety of the unit was great. Located in an entirely restricted area gave us a true feeling of security, but we had to call the security every time we left the perimeter. It would have been better to have an access code or another key. The manager of the property answered all of our questions and concerns almost immediately. The air conditioning and huge fridge were welcome amenities. The fact that it was very secluded and away from civilization made this an amazing choice for someone who wants to get away from it all. The free parking in the large garden was one thing that we never had to worry about."

"My stay at Villa Verde was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation I've ever had. It's a true private sanctuary, perfect for escaping the crowds. The location in the secure and quiet Les Terres Basses area is fantastic, with the beautiful Baie Longue beach just a short walk away. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and was perfectly clean. It has a wonderful, authentic charm, and I was happy to find that everything was in perfect working order. The owner was also very attentive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The highlight for me was the private pool and terrace. It was my own little oasis where I spent most of our time relaxing. Having that beautiful outdoor space all to myself made the vacation truly special."

"Beautiful, new accommodation. Everything is well done, the shower always has hot water and good pressure, which is rare on this island. And not to forget the amazing view from the terrace over the bay, the sunset was right outside our window! Also there is a nice and clean pool next to the apartment. Communication with the owner was pleasant, she was quick to respond to messages."

"Excellent villa that exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice, it is beautiful inside and out. Easy check in and check out process and great communication with the host for any questions. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bathrooms that had private showers and sinks but a shared toilet. Beautiful patio and pool to relax and enjoy the view. Location is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from orient bay beaches and restaurants."
