"スタッフの方がとても親切で、現地でのお得な情報(お土産や美味しい飲食店)もたくさん教えてくださった。現地でのぶっちゃけた話も聞けて楽しかったです。 直前にツアーの手配を依頼したにもかかわらず、迅速に対応してくださって大変助かった。 日本人スタッフの方も居て、英語に自信がない方でも泊まりやすいと感じた(常駐してる訳ではないですが、英語のみ対応可能なスタッフでも、翻訳で意思疎通ができるので特に困ることはない)。 中心部に行きやすい立地で、飲食店も周りにあるので食事にも困らない。"

No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi

"The staff were lovley and super helpful, making great recommendations for local spots to see. The garden was lush and a very relaxing place to be. Great food in the restaurant and all round excellent value for money."

Payment was difficult if you don’t have a European bank account but hopefully another option is available now. No shops nearby but host offered to stop at supermarket or bring food for overnight.
