"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"
Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.

service didn't include the romantic pack I asked before we arrived, they brought it after but I think it's not the same impact.

"スタッフの方がとても親切で、現地でのお得な情報(お土産や美味しい飲食店)もたくさん教えてくださった。現地でのぶっちゃけた話も聞けて楽しかったです。 直前にツアーの手配を依頼したにもかかわらず、迅速に対応してくださって大変助かった。 日本人スタッフの方も居て、英語に自信がない方でも泊まりやすいと感じた(常駐してる訳ではないですが、英語のみ対応可能なスタッフでも、翻訳で意思疎通ができるので特に困ることはない)。 中心部に行きやすい立地で、飲食店も周りにあるので食事にも困らない。"

"The location was lovely, so quiet and peaceful and the unit was very well equipped. Mirboo North is a great little town. I recommend the local pub for great food and atmosphere!"

"The staff were all so lovely and friendly and there was everything you needed. The room was cosy and warm when we went in and there was no noise from traffic or anything"
Shame the restaurant wasn't open but the bar was.
