"What an exceptional place! If you like destinations off the beaten path, this hotel is the perfect place to begin. The owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful with suggestions on how to get around Saipan. The home cooked breakfast is beyond delicious and the beachfront location peaceful and gorgeous. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. This is the best hotel experience I have had in years."

"Nearly everything. Excellent value. A reasonable walk away from restaurants. Clean. Marites is very helpful should you need anything. Generally quiet."
"Marites and Belal are excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. The house is situated just off Broadway with easy access to the town center, sites, and shopping. On my next trip Tinian, I will definitely check with Tinian Island Haven for availability."
