"We enjoyed the little garden very much and the pool was a lovely addition. The area itself seemed peaceful, albeit some noisy neighbours renting houses across the street. Lots of little wild creatures appeared around the house and it was nice to watch them do their thing.
The host family were lovely and friendly, they managed nicely in English as well, since one of us did not speak French. Any questions we might have had, they were always willing to help or give advice on anything!
The kitchenette in the studio apartment came in handy, we made many a-meal there and had a full working fridge for our stuff. The washing machine was a nice thing to have on a longer holiday.
Bed was quite comfortable and toilet in full working order."
