"I loved the peace and quiet of this little place. 4mns walk from the beach on coral (although most are dead) with lots of fish. Comfy bed, great shower. Kitchen facilities are very basic but it is exactly what it said in the ad."

"I booked a tour, and it wasn't the one I wanted. Also word of warning, it's a 15mn walk from the restaurants and supermarket. And at night the streets are not lit up so I didn't feel comfortable going there on my own after dark (ie after 5.30pm) during the non touristy season. It may be different during tourist season."

"The apartment with balcony is extremely charming and tasteful furnished. The balcony looks over a sugarcane field, you will see lots of birds, fruit bats and insects. The location is safe and enjoyable. Beach access with snorkeling in the spot reef, a short walk to small supermarket, restaurants and public beach, bus to Mahebourg nearby. The staff from TamTam was exceptionally helpful and caring. BlueBay is a relaxed and beautiful village to be in Mauritius. We loved to be there. Thank you!"

"The fittings and furniture are a bit loose, so you have to be very careful not to break anything. It would be a good idea to fix the trimmings. We actually liked the airplanes flying over a lot, however, it's good to know that escale sits below the flight path of the airport."

"Belle chambre avec balcon bien équipée. Très bon accueil, de bons renseignements et services. A 100 mètres d'une belle plage calme avec beaucoup de poissons dans l'eau."

"Proximité avec la plage. Jardin calme. Taille de la chambre. Proximité avec le débarcadère de l'ile aux deux cocos. Vue parfaite sur les décollages depuis le balcon"

"Emplacement top, à quelques mètres de la plage. belle vue sur les champs de cannes et sur les avions qui décollent . Propreté impeccable et petite décoration sympathique . Les hôtes restent disponibles au besoin et sont réactifs !"

"Le sommier du lit semblait fragile Pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitués, on entend assez bien les avions décoller . Mais ça reste correct une fois les fenêtres fermées ."

"Lapiroguevilla has a beautiful garden and a rooftop balcony. The owner was kind and gave us very tasty locally produced fruits. The place is not exactly where it is marked in Booking, but you can find it in Google Maps. Still, really close to the beautiful Pereybere beach, where you can watch beautiful sunsets and spot sea turtles when snorkelling."

"Awesome host. Clean apartment. Great location. There was a welcome beer (2 bottles), loaf of bread, noodles. I needed a blender and the host went to buy one immediately. I will definitely stay at 307 when next I am in Ebene."
