"The hotel and pool are beautiful. Nice amenities and activities, especially for kids - my main focus, staff was very friendly and the (mainly Mexican) food was amazing - although very similar everyday. The options at the coffee corner are amazing, don’t miss it and great food options at the pool too!!"
"The closest lift to our room was not working half of our stay. We had a stroller and made it harder for us. Missing some outdoor playground area for kids - the indoor playroom is too noisy, but very well equipped. There’s a big space behind the kids’ pool that you can use for outdoor play ;)"

We celebrated my wife's birthday on the 30th and they made it extra special! "It was beautiful and maintained to a high standard - we stay in in Nizuc and could have not asked for better. Room was spacious and everything we needed was easily accessible. Felt safe the whole time and able to relax and let our young teens have the freedom they wanted"
